Anoushka Shankar
Anoushka Shankar is a British and American sitarist. She also sings. She was the first and first female to win a British House of Commons Shield she has had 9 Grammy Awards nominations and was the first artist of Indian of Indian descent to perform live on stage and also be a presenter for the awards ceremony. Anoushka Shankar is the hottest star on the Indian sitar. She's the child of Ravi Shankar and a former student. Her birthplace was London in 1982. In the first few years of her life she was split her time between London New Delhi. At the age of 13 the first time she performed at New Delhi took place. After that, she moved in Encinitas CA where she graduated from High School with honours in 1999. Anouskha's career as a musician and performer is remarkable, even at her youth. She has performed with her father on stage for many years. In 1998, she debuted her debut self-titled album Anourag. The album was released in 2002. her Grammy Nominated Live at Carnegie Hall. She's performed in all important venues across the world. The career of Anoushka goes far beyond music.
